Mobile Application User Guide

The application can be downloaded from the App Store and Play Store.

Login Process

After the Welcome Page, you will be navigated to the Login Page. Log in using your provided credentials.

Note: There is no provision to sign up or change the password within the mobile app.

Performing an Audit

To perform an audit:

Upon login, select the Audit Module. You will see a list of ongoing audits assigned to you. Use the search functionality to locate an audit by its name or select an Audit Plan.

Choose Audit Mode

You will land on the Manual Mode by default. Audits can be performed in three modes:

  • Manual Mode
  • Scanner Mode
  • Camera Mode

Steps to Perform the Audit

Step 1: Update Your Location

Update your current location by clicking on the Location button.

Step 2: Select Items

Search for the item by entering the Item Code or Name. The Item Location will be populated automatically.

Step 3: Performing the Audit

1. Manual Mode:

  • Manually increase the product count.
  • Switch between different products manually.

2. Scanner Mode:

  • Scan the Item Code to increase the count.
  • Scan additional items to update their respective counts.

3. Camera Mode:

  • Use the camera to capture the barcode.
  • The capture will trigger automatically every 3 seconds.

Additional Features in All Modes

  • Photo Confirmation: If an item requires photo confirmation, the Camera Icon will be enabled. Take multiple photos as needed.
  • Damaged Quantity: If the audit includes damaged quantity tracking, the Damaged Quantity field will be enabled.
  • Clearing Quantity: If you have miscounted the quantity, use the Clear Option to reset the count.
  • Recently Audited Items: View recently audited items and their quantities in the Audited Stock Item section.
  • Audit Report: Click the Audit Report button to view the detailed report for a particular item.

Completing the Audit

  1. Select the three dots on the top-right corner of the screen.
  2. Click "Complete Audit" on the pop-up menu.
  3. You will be navigated to the Audit Declaration Page, where you can:
    • Select Discrepancy Reasons (if applicable):
      • Theft
      • Misplaced
      • Inward
      • Sale Error
    • If there is no discrepancy, click the "Complete Audit" button.

Performing a Cross Audit

If you are assigned as a Cross Auditor:

Click the three lines (menu icon) on the header to access the Cross Audit module.

Select and Perform the Cross Audit

The assigned cross audits will be listed. Select an audit, and you will be navigated to the Cross Audit Page. Choose the Location being audited. Use the Right and Left Arrow icons to navigate between items under the selected location.

Cross Auditing Items

  • Increase the quantity of items as needed.
  • Track Damaged Quantities if applicable.
  • Use the Clear Option to reset cross-audited quantities.

View Summary and Complete Audit

Click "View Summary" to review the quantities audited. Once satisfied, click "Complete Cross Audit" to finalize.
